Ningbo as a deputy provincial level city located in the south of the Yangtze river delta,Theeconomy is relatively developed,At the same time,The production of kitchen garbage isincreasing. Kitchen garbage both are rubbish and resource,How to reasonable use has become asolution between economy and environment, economy and energy problem that not allow toignore.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research results of biomass energy,kitchen garbage anaerobic digestion research results at home and abroad and the energyevaluation on the basis of relevant knowledge,It introduced the situation of kitchen garbage inningbo. analyzed the future situation of ningbo kitchen garbage,Using exponential smoothingmethod and the growth rate to predict the production of kitchen garbage.In combination withthe practical situation of ningbo kitchen garbage,It researched kitchen garbage translate intobiomass energy through high-temperature dry anaerobic digestion.Based on this, advances thekitchen waste biomass evaluation system,and the social attribute evaluation has been putforward.There are mainly several results followed.(1)After by reading a large number of literature: We understand the kitchen garbageanaerobic digestion research mainly is the study of the anaerobic process in warm and wet,Thisis the "Ningbo Mode" technology currently used. But it has a low gas production,it use largearea and biogas yield.So the "Ningbo Mode" need to expand and enhance in technolgy.Through carry out the experiment on kitchen garbage translate into biomass energy in hightemperature and high solid anaerobic digestion conditions.(2)Analysising the "Ningbo Mode",The waste problem of food waste mixed with garbageto produce biomass is solved.But it lack the scientific evaluation mechanism. After energyproduct,its economic, environmental and social benefits are not clear enough.We need toestablish a scientific evaluation system, to give a energy evaluation on kitchen garbage.(3)Through investigate and analys the current situation,the situation of kitchen garbage inNingbo by collection, transportation and disposal. And then the ningbo kitchen garbage ispredicted in the future by the secondary exponential smoothing method and growth act. Forecasting results show:Ningbo produce the amount of food waste in2018will reach426.6t/d~574t/d.(4)On the basis of it,We studied the process of the kitchen garbagr translate into biomass energy,We detailed discussed the process of solid content, total carbon, total nitrogen, carbon and nitrogen ratio, ammonia nitrogen, ethanol, VFA, gas with the change of time,Its solid content(TS), total carbon(TC) and total nitrogen(TN) all have varying degrees of decline,C/N ratio increased later in anaerobic digestion; Ammonia nitrogen concentration in the system shows the tendency of rising,The VFA and the concentration of ethanol are closed with the conversion process,The methane content is the highest can reach more than60%.When the stability of the system, the gas loading rate can reach26.828L/kg.(5)Through building the appraisal system of biomass energy and illustrate the evaluation indexes,An empirical analysis of the social attribute is produced, From the results of treatment kitchen garbage by high-temperature dry anaerobic digestion. It evaluated the kitchen garbage translating into biomass energy based on the economic, social and environmental aspects.Thus it is useful to expand and enrich the kitchen garbage processing on the basis of "Ningbo Mode"...
