Ningbo City Life Garbage Classification Problem And Countermeasure Research

In recent years,as China's urbanization process is accelerated,city life garbage output with the continuous development of people life also increased year by year,subject to environmental protection,land and other restrictions,city life garbage collection difficult treatment of difficult position,as soon as possible of urban living garbage reduction,recycling,harmless to become the government and the public have to face a difficult problem.Therefore,Ningbo proposes the Ningbo urban life waste collection and recycling of demonstration projects,the project aims to introduce the circular economy concept,draw lessons from international advanced experience of domestic waste classified collection processing,realize the living garbage classification and recycling,contributing to the new construction "beautiful Ningbo".In this paper,through collecting,sorting,comparison and analysis of urban living garbage classification at home and abroad research results and application status,especially in Ningbo city life garbage classification status,by studying the external effect,government intervention,ostrom public governance,Adams equity theory,using the literature research,comparative analysis,experimental investigation and quantitative analysis method,combining the reality of Ningbo city life garbage classification,put forward countermeasures for the improvement of Ningbo city life garbage sorting effect.City life garbage classification is one of the government and the public participation system engineering,but Ningbo city life garbage classification is living garbage classification collection disposal system is not sound,the public participation is not high,the system is imperfect,and push the problem such as slow,work to promote Ningbo city life garbage sorting work as soon as possible to the in-depth development,break the current predicament,it is necessary to establish the top-level design of thinking,science policy,intensify the building of systems and mechanisms,improve the government leading,public participation,the legal safeguard of Ningbo city life garbage classification system.
