With increasingly diiffculty of exploration of the oil and gas field, and high and high en?vironmental requirements, the performance of filtrate reducer and environmental requirementsalso will be improved. So good filtrate reducing performance, temperature and salt resistancemust be take into account. Environment-friendly and economical also will be have. Humicacid as a natural, green, low pirce active raw material, has been a research focus for domesticand foreign scholars.Focussing on the unique structure of humic acid molecules, using chemically modifica?tion such as sulfonation gratfed, amination gratfed and copolymeirzation, three types sevenkinds filtrate reducer,such as SHA,CAHA,TAHA,EAHA,DAHA,SNS,CPHA,are prepared inthis thesis. Main functional groups are characteirzed by infrared spectrum; And using fluidloss as the investigation indicator, their indoor synthesis condition are optimized by orthogonaland single factor expeirments.Reference to the related literature and corresponding industry standards, through salting-out expeirments?test the dissolved and dispersed performance of each modified products in salt;Also use the expeirments^such as determining lfuid loss and rheological behaviour, to studythe influence of the product dosage, salinity, temperature, aging time on filtrate reducing per?formance. A large number of experimental results show that the modified humic acid productshave greatly improved filtrate reducing performance compared to the unmodified, and salt andtemperature resistance are improved to some extent. For all modified products, when productdosage is1%,fluid loss of fresh water slurry are5?7.6mL; and when product dosage is2%,fluid loss of10%birne slurry are5?lOmL. The ifltrate reducing perofrmance (filtratereducing, salt and temperature resistance) in the order of CPHA> SNS> SHA> AHA.Thefiltrate reducing performance and salt resistance of CPHA are best.Wlien Product dosage is1.5%,fluid loss of15%birne slurry is8mL;And aging at180。C,the fresh water mud APIFL isonly6mL.
