With the increasing demand and the development of the oil industry on oil resources, the exploration environment of oil resources increasingly demanding, drilling gradually turned deep and complex topographic features, which increased the difficulty to the drilling industry directly. In recent years, domestic drilling has paid more and more attention on environmental protection,in this context, the drilling fluid loss and environmental protection becomes particularly important. In recent years, many domestic and foreign scholars began to study the filtrate reducer, filtrate reducer can be divided into three kinds, first is a synthetic, mainly from acrylic acid,acrylamide,2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid and other monomers together; The second is a modified particulate matter, such as rapeseed, peanut shells, asphalt and other modified filtrate reducer; The third is a natural material modification filtrate reducer such as modified starch, modified xanthan gum, cellulose and humic acid modification. The above filtrate reducer have a common problem,to ensure proper drilling fluid loss properties, which tend to make a compromise on environmental protection. This makes drilling fluid loss performance and environmental protection can not have both.By domestic and foreign filtrate reducer literature research, this paper used three monomers as acrylamide,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and diallyl-dimethyl ammonium chloride to modified corn starch, the purpose is we developed an environmentally friendly water-based drilling fluid with the anti-temperature and anti-salt filtrate reducer.
