China has an honorable history throughout almost5000years. During the development of China, agriculture plays an indispensable role in everyday life. Although we have a huge number of land, there is a problem that among them high-quality land are seldom existent, while we have so many people. In terms of keeping people in healthy and preventing environment from contamination, we must protect our land resources in rural area. What’s more, it is required by following the way of socialism of Chinese characteristics. Nowadays the contamination to our lands in rural, which is created by many factors, is so heavy that it becomes a big threat to land resources, economy development and environment as well as people’s health. From these, we have to develop an ultimate and practiced plan to solve the problem. This essay is going to discuss ways of solving the problem according to current status and analysis of law. At the same time, this essay is also going to advocate the government to be a hero who can solve the pollution in law and rules.This essay is divided into four parts:raise the question, analyze the question and settle the question. Below are detailed expressions:The first part describes normal problems of land pollution including basic concepts, features, causes, categories and harm.The second part reveals the leaks in contaminate legislation, which are following: lacking in pertinent land contamination legislation and pertinent technology that are presented as supporting arguments.The third part, taking Japan,the US, Germany and Korea for examples, analyzes advanced land anti-contamination statutes in order to offer a reference for consummating land anti-contamination statutes in rural of our nation by those complete and mature statutes from developed countries.The fourth part, which is the thesis passage, discusses ways of solving the problem including enhancing pertinent legislation, set an anti-contaminate system in rural area and consummate execution and supervisor system. What’s more, taking advanced system and technology oversea for examples is needed. Then we can work out a system suits our current situation in rural area.
