The Study On The Problem Of Rural Environmental Linkage Regulation In Heyuan Mountain Area Of Guangdong Province

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,my country’s economy and society have developed rapidly and made great achievements that have attracted worldwide attention.Industrialization,urbanization,and informatization have steadily advanced.While developing the economy,extremely serious ecological problems have arisen due to the neglect of environmental protection in various regions,and they have spread from cities to rural areas.This development model at the expense of the environment is neither sustainable nor contrary to people’s expectations for a better life.The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core is aware of the environmental problems in rural development,puts forward the ideological theory of ecological civilization construction,and implements the strategy of rural revitalization with foresight.As a typical representative of the Heyuan mountainous area in Guangdong,Suqu Town in Zijin County is representative in terms of geographic environment,economic conditions,infrastructure,mass awareness,and the status quo of rural environmental improvement.The continuous improvement of the rural environment is faced with such status as the backward preparation of the rural master plan,the reduction of cultivated land pollution,and the continuous deterioration of water pollution.The main reasons are the low participation of villagers in the rural environment,the inadequate remediation of pollution in the aquaculture industry,the responsibility of township governments without law enforcement powers,the lack of planning and construction talents to protect the rural environment,and the lack of long-term mechanisms for maintaining remediation results.It can be seen that the continuous improvement of the rural environment is a systematic project with heavy responsibilities and a long way to go,involving all aspects,objective historical issues,and practical reasons for neglecting rural environmental protection for a long time.This article believes that under the guidance of Comrade Xi Jinping’s thoughts on ecological civilization construction and the vision of rural revitalization,solutions should be sought from the perspectives of farmers’ ideas,environmental protection talents,financial funds,social capital,policies and regulations.First,improve farmers’ awareness of environmental protection,rebuild their status as masters,and solve the mass ideological problems of rectification work;second,transform the management mode of pollution control of breeding enterprises to grasp the key points of rural environmental pollution sources;third,enhance the concept of rural environmental protection performance,Improve the political position of party members and cadres,implement the idea of ecological civilization construction;then,cultivate and introduce rural environmental protection planning talents to provide talent guarantees for the continuous improvement of rural environments;finally,increase investment in rural environmental improvement and improve infrastructure construction.Provide a solid economic guarantee for the continuous improvement of the rural environment.
