But in the coal mining process, the mine air, water, and ecology environment are largely damaged by emissions of pollutants, such as mechanical noise,which brings more and more pressures to our environmental protection work.So how to reasonably and effectively develop and utilize of mining resources, at the same time, making timely and accurate evaluation to the quality of the mine environment, according to this,finding the right method of mine environment management is particularly important.As mine environmental evaluation of classical theory, in recent years, the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation theory is widely used in mine environmental quality assessment. In this paper, the taihe mining is the research object, Through carefully studing and researchinging the theoretical knowledge of domestic and foreign mine environmental quality assessment and the relevant data and documents, comparing to kinds of mine environmental assessment methods, Combining with the actual situation of the mining area, determining to use the fuzzy multi-level comprehensive evaluation method based on the grey relation theory to make evaluation to the mine enviroment circumstances. At present, however, the mine environmental impact is not obvious, but in the long term, pollution will be more and more serious. So in this process of mining technology reconstruction,We can make effectively manage and control to emissions of pollutants, noise and other factors by changing processing equipment and technology, at the same time, making comprehensive utilization of boiler slag,coal gangue and so on. Finally, we can put forward a series of relevant protective measures to the present situation of the mine environment.
