Research On The Coordinated Development Of Ecological Environment And Economy In Qingdao

In recent years,the social contradictions in our country have changed radically,influenced by the comprehensive factors such as rapid economic growth and the continuous advancement of urbanization.With Qingdao "13th Five-Year" planning in advance,the contradiction between the environment and economy have become increasingly prominent,Qingdao's ecological environment and economy coordinated development is facing a huge challenge.The coordinated development of ecological environment and economy is the core of Qingdao's sustainable development.It is also the key element and core driving force for Qingdao to take the lead in building a relatively well-off society in an all-round way.On the basis of relevant national policies for sustainable development,according to the overall goal of the construction of Qingdao "Sanwan three city" and "13th Five-Year" strategic planning livable happy international city,from the perspective of coordinated development,based on the theory of urban ecology,the theory of sustainable development,the theory of coordinated development and the theory of system,firstly,analyzes the current situation of environment and the ecological economy in Qingdao City;secondly,from different dimensions of environmental protection,environmental destruction,economic output,economic structure,transportation capacity,economic development support force,ability of education,constructs index system of ecological environment and economic development in Qingdao City,and construct the coordination model and coordination;Then,based the data of ecological environment and economic data in Qingdao City from 2007 to 2016,using PCA method to calculate the comprehensive level of the ecological environment and economic subsystem,and the results showed that all of them were promoted in different degrees;according to the coordination degree model,the coordination degree between the ecological environment and the economy in Qingdao is measured and the results showed a continuous increase;according to the coordination relationship model,the self development coefficient and driving coefficient between the ecological environment and the economy of Qingdao are calculated.Finally,analysis the coordinated development of Qingdao ecological environment and economic achievements and problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: improving the ability of self development of the ecological environment,strengthening the positive role of the economy in promoting the environment,and improving the level of social ecology.
