To implement the " State Council on solving the problem of migrant workers ", and improve migrant workers’ safety awareness and ability to protect themselves effectively,especially those who are in coal, non-coal mines, dangerous chemicals, fireworks, construction and other high-risk industries. issued " strengthening of migrant workers safety training work".From then on, The State Administration of Work Safety started safety training in the nationwide which aimed at migrant workers as the main groups.The author starts research on the effectiveness of safety training of migrant workers in S region based in Shanghai S region with the method of Kirkpatrick’s "four assessment models".In the first chapter, the author introduces the background and significance of the research topic and study the research literature on the effectiveness of safety training of migrant workers at home and abroad, with the definition of the relevant core concepts, the author determines the theoretical basis of this study and the model that can be used to.In the second chapter, the author introducs the background and current situation of migrant workers safety training, clarifies the basic situation of the migrant workers safety training in S. finds out the bottleneck of the work and elaborates the necessity of migrant workers to assess safety training.In the third chapter, the author establishes the principle, object, content and methods of assessment according to the actual situation of S region. With the use of literature summarized, the rights of the Delphi method and AHP evaluation,the author determins the index system and each index,finally constructs the basic model of assessment.In the fourth chapter, in order to verify the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the author designs a questionnaire based on the predictive index survey, and draws a sample of200migrant workers at random to answer the questionnaire, with the use of SPSS19.0and AMOS17.0,the author does the project analysis, reliability and validity analysis to the forecast questionnaire. Test results show that the prediction questionnaire has good reliability and validity, the results of measurements are reliable.In the fifth chapter, the author determines the outline of a formal assessment.Started a formal evaluation for migrant workers’safety training of the S region under the guidance of Training Transformation Theory, from migrant workers and the people in charge of two angle of migrant workers trained in behavior on the efficiency of the conversion and transformation of enterprises to make a comprehensive assessment of the overall situation.while the author collects the data of migrant workers and the occurrence of accidents in S region since2007to give a horizontal and vertical comparison.besides, with the questionnaire and the accident of the situation,the author gives a subjective and objective evaluation and draws the S zone safety training of migrant workers to assess the effectiveness of the results achieved in the effectiveness.Finally, the author uses the problem tree analysis method to sort out the impact of S area migrant workers safety training effectiveness reasons from four angles enterprise level, the level of migrant workers, the industry and the community level, the government level.In the sixth chapter, the author proposes how to improve the effectiveness of the S zone safety training of migrant workers based on the assessment results.
