The Construction Industry Migrant Workers Safety Education Problems And Countermeasures

The country pays high attention to the work of production safety,General Secretary Xi Jinping's indicated that "Human life is important and it must be an insurmountable red line that development must not be at the expense of human life".But in recent years,the construction industry has developed rapidly and has a large scale and a large number of employees.Safety accidents happened frequently and situation of safety production is severe inconstruction industry.The construction industry has gradually become one of the most dangerous industries.The number of migrant workers in construction industry is large and most of them are lack of safety education,safety awareness and safety skills which makes them the main victims of safety accidents.Accidents not only bring great harm to families,but also cause great losses to enterprises,and also affect the stability of the country and society.Therefore,how to effectively improve the effect of safety education of migrant workers in construction industry has become an urgent task to improve the current severe situation of safety production in construction industry in China.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the theoretical and research overview.Through the relationship between safety education and accidents,the vocational skill training mode of construction migrant workers and the development trend of modern education technology,and the current situation of safety education of cmonstruction migrant workers.This paper makes clear the research theme and concept,and provides research basis for solving countermeasures.The second part is the investigation and comparative study.Firstly,taking the safety accident cases as the orientation,it is concluded that inadequate safety education is the main cause of safety accidents;through questionnaires of construction managers and migrant workers in Fuzhou,the status quo of safety education for migrant workers in construction industry is understood;and through the investigation of safety education records,facilities and teacher allocation on construction site,the practice of safety education for migrant workers in construction industry is further verified.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,through on-site investigation and interviews to further verify and understand the situation and reasons of safety education for migrant workers in construction industry;finally,the reasons for safety education for migrant workers in construction industry are analyzed and summarized.Secondly,it analyses the excellent experience of safety education for construction workers in Japan and Germany,which can provide policy reference for the effective implementation of safety education in China.The third part is the construction of MOOC safety education system.Firstly,analysis the characteristics of MOOC model.From the necessity of demand,the feasibility of technical conditions,the rationality of economy and the applicability of learning,the MOOC model is applied to the safety education of migrant workers in construction industry.Secondly,the MOOC safety education system for migrant workers in construction industry is constructed,and the structure and implementation of the system are described.Thirdly,in order to ensure the good operation of MOOC safety education system for migrant workers in construction industry,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of laws and regulations system,safety access assessment mechanism,cost sharing mechanism and supervision and management mechanism.This paper can provide a large-scale,low-cost,high-quality safety education model for the large group of migrant workers in the construction industry,which is conducive to solving the problem of safety education for migrant workers in the construction industry,and has a positive significance for improving the severe situation of safety production in the construction industry.
