A Study On The Entrepreneurial Growth Of Migrant Workers In Hardware Industry-from The Perspective Of Entrepreneurial Network

Since the change and opening up,the reform of rural economic system in our country has achieved great success,agriculture has been unprecedented development,rural areas have undergone earth-shaking changes,the rapid growth of farmers' income,farmers' living standards have been greatly improved.At the same time,migrant workers' entrepreneurship is booming and has become an important force in promoting rural economic development,increasing farmers' incomes and revitalizing rural areas.So far,although the entrepreneurship of migrant workers has developed greatly,the growth performance of the entrepreneurship of the majority of migrant workers,especially those returning home,is low and the growth of entrepreneurship is slow,there are many reasons,including the management ability,entrepreneurship,access to resources and other external factors,which are important factors affecting the entrepreneurial growth of migrant workers,among which the entrepreneurial network is an important factor affecting the entrepreneurial growth of migrant workers.This study is based on the entrepreneurial network perspective,based on the investigation of migrant workers' entrepreneurship in Shanghai hardware industry,using the survey data of migrant workers' enterprises and statistical analysis methods such as multiple regression and factor analysis,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of migrant workers' entrepreneurship network on their entrepreneurial growth performance,and reveals the impact and mechanism of migrant workers' entrepreneurship network on their entrepreneurial growth performance.The empirical study finds that the entrepreneurial network of migrant workers has three dimensions: network centrality,network strength and network heterogeneity,the entrepreneurial network of migrant workers is an important factor affecting their entrepreneurial growth,and the strategic capability plays a mediating role in the influence of the entrepreneurial network of migrant workers on the entrepreneurial performance,the entrepreneurial network of migrant workers not only affects their strategic making ability and resource integration ability,but also has a significant impact on their entrepreneurial performance by affecting their strategic making ability and resource integration ability.To improve the entrepreneurial growth performance of migrant workers and promote the entrepreneurial growth of migrant workers,it is necessary not only to improve the network ability of migrant workers' entrepreneurs,but also to improve the entrepreneurial strategy formulation ability and resource integration ability of migrant workers.Only in this way can the entrepreneurial performance of migrant workers be improved and their entrepreneurial growth be promoted.
