Epoxy resin cured with very weak impact resistance, and toughness, heat resistance and friction resistance is relatively low, so the researchers launched an in-depth exploration for modified epoxy resin to improve its toughness, heat resistance and abrasion resistance, etc, which caught the great attention of the domestic and foreign researchers to the epoxy resin modified. This thesis also about graphene research hotspot in the field of materials, graphene oxide, carbon nanotubes as precursor, explores the mixture of graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes on the research of the epoxy resin modified, and detection of composite material performance, determining the graphene oxide, the mixture of carbon nanotubes in the composite material performance enhancement applications. Specific work mainly includes the following aspects:(1) We prepared the graphene oxide and functionalized carbon nanotubes, then characterized and analyzed the two substances by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images. Analyzed the reason that graphene oxide department piled up and fold of the original. Analyzed the characteristic peaks of two substances under the infrared spectrum.(2) The composites were prepared by epoxy resin/graphene oxide and graphene oxide-carbon nanotubes/epoxy resin, and the systems were cured by amine agent. A method for commingling the stuff and resin was optimized by mixed solution.(3) The composites were analyzed by IR, TEM, SEM, TGA, surface abrasion test and mechanical properties test. The results exhibited the best performance when the content of stuff was0.2%. And it can be confirmed that nanoparticals can promote the heat-resisting ability to a certain extent.
