Organic-inorganic compound material combined organic polymer and inorganicmaterial characteristics, become a new type of material with special performance, itbecome one of the hotspots, because of the preparation of the inorganic and organiccompound membrane not only is expected to focus on the organic film and therespective merits of inorganic membrane, make up for their defects, and can develop asingle membrane materials had no the comprehensive performance of, meet specificneeds. On the separation membrane, it organic-inorganic also is a kind of verysignificant methods, which can improve the performance of some of the film, andthrough various means to control the hybrid membrane performance, such as themembrane solution.the, the membrane technology, inorganic packing particle sizedistribution, add concentration and add method, etc.In this study, inorganic-organic BaTiO3/PVDF and PVDF/BaxSr1-xTiO3(x=0.6,0.7,0.93)composite ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by phaseseparation methods. The objective of this work was adding inorganic particles toenhance water flux, the retention and the hydrophilic, and also discussed themechanism primarily. The morphology of membranes was examined by x-raydiffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, a scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Atomic force microscopy (AFM).Through the doping modification of PVDF/BaTiO3, PVDF/BaxSr1-xTiO3composite ultrafiltration membrane of hydrophilicity, pure water flux, the interceptionof protein are improved, and at the same time down PVDF/BaTiO3compound ultraultrafiltration membrane surface roughness and help to improve the resistance of thematerial and composite film performance.The purpose is that through the change of inorganic powder content and thecoagulation bath of composite film influence on the performance of the blendmembranes,and to improve the composite ultrafiltration membrane water flux andintercept purpose.
