Study Safety Management System Of Pu’er Electric Power

Power Company is an important special enterprise in a country. Its mission is to provide safe, economical, clean energy for economic and social development. In all aspects of its daily work, security issue is the lifeline about economy, people’s livelihood and politics. So, power industry received much attention of government and it is asked to concern great importance to security issues. Thus, power companies must to develop and properly implement crisis management, and strive to guarantee the security of electricity generation, transportation and supply.According to Yunnan Electric Power Corporation and electric power manufacturer’s constantly-changing environment and the present situation of Pu’er Power Supply Bureau, in this thesis, using the theory of safety management objectives, security objectives management system for Power Supply Bureau of Pu’er were carefully analyzed and some current problems were found. To solve these problems, using management objectives techniques and methods, in accordance with the rules of power supply enterprise and the path and method for controlling risk methods effective strategies, Pu’er supply enterprise safety management system was modified and improved.
