Study On The Ecological Environment Response In Baotou Industrialization Process

Industrialization is the "engine" of economic development, butwith the constant improvement of the level of the industrialization,environmental pollution problems are increasingly prominent, whichmake us to face how correctly understand the relationship betweenthem. Research of the relationship between industrialization andecological environment correctly, not only to study the influence ofthe industrialization of ecological environmental quality, theecological environment quality of industrialization but also theresponse. Baotou is a heavy industry is given priority to developmentof resource oriented industrial city, is the largest industrial city inInner Mongolia autonomous region, also is the national importantenergy base, has formed in the iron and steel, metallurgy, chemicalindustry, coal, rare earth industrial system for leading industries, inpromoting the industrialization process, at the same time, inevitablyproduce a series of environmental pollution problems. Therefore,correctly understanding of baotou city’s relationship betweenindustrialization and ecological environment, for the benigninteraction is of great significance in the future. In baotou city as the research object, the comprehensive analysisof the study area, on the basis of industrialization and ecologicalenvironment, according to certain principles to construct baotouindustrialization level of development and the ecological environmentquality comprehensive evaluation index system, using the statisticaldata from1990to2011, with the help of principal componentanalysis (pca), baotou industrialization development level and acomprehensive evaluation of the ecological environment quality level.On the basis of the EKC curve based on environment theory,establishing econometric model, analyzed the influence of theindustrialization of ecological environmental quality; Responsedegree model is put forward to analyze the ecological environmentalquality of different period the response of the industrializationprocess. Baotou city found that the relationship between theecological environment quality and the level of industrialdevelopment in curve form is "U" type, namely, with the constantimprovement of the level of industrial development, ecologicalenvironmental quality showed improved deteriorating trend, then thecurrent baotou city at the left half of inverted "U" type curve, has yetto reach a turning point. The response function of the comparativeanalysis of different development period of industrialization andresponse intensity is found,1990-1999response function for linear equation, the response function during2000-2010as the quadraticcurve equation, that the ecological environment of the responsefunction of the industrialization process has different forms;1990-1999ecological environmental quality comprehensive indexresponsivity of industrialization mainly positive response, andconstantly to negative response, to negative response appeared in1999,2000-2011in the majority with positive should, numerical valueis also increasing, but a slight decline after2008; Indicates that theecological environment of the responsivity industrialization also hasdifferent characteristics. By calculating the comprehensive responseintensity found1990-1999years of comprehensive index of ecologicalenvironment quality responsivity than comprehensive responseduring2000-2011degrees, industrial level shows that the stages ofdevelopment and the ecological environment quality improvement isnot a one-to-one relationship.
