Industrialization is the only way to make a country to be the modern world and improve people’s living standard. However, in the western developed countries represented by America’s history, Industrialization improved productivity at the same time also brought unprecedented ecological environment problems. Ecological environment problem is phenomena that due to the destruction of ecological balance, which leading to a serious imbalance of ecosystem structure and function, and threaten to human survival and development. The west started earlier on the study of ecological environment problems. Under the influence of some scholars and public environmental groups such as Rachel Carson and the club of Rome, the United States government began to make significant ecological environmental governance. The study of ecological civilization in China’s academic circles is relatively abundant, but the research for industrialization and the ecological environment governance is relatively scarce. So this article is intended to study the ecological environment governance in the process of industrialization in America, to fill the lack of related research fields. Using comprehensive analysis and data analysis, the paper based on the three dimensions of system research and analysis on ecological environment governance, to explore the detours and advanced experience of the way to solve the problem of ecological environment in United States. Finally the article thinks that the key points to solve the problem of ecological environment is not to give up industrialization, but to insist on ecological view of Marxism on the basis of the transformation of the mode of traditional industrialization, and to make full use of material civilization and industrialization of science and technology.
