Along with the development of the national economy gradually, the demand for energy become more and more large, the coal resources mining technology also gradually improve. But at present our country coal mine tunnel temporary support only two traditional way that Jia Peng and bolting support, this two support way have small support, low speed, low efficiency, poor safety performance and workers have a large amount of labor, which serious impact on the efficiency of the machine mechanized drivage. This topic is on the basis of the foreign fast supporting equipment’s study and designs a new type of roadway quickly adapt to China’s coal market supporting equipment, which can provide workers with a safe, easy and efficient working environment. This paper mainly discusses the equipment support by rapid walking system design.In this article, through access to walk fast supporting equipment and monorail system from our country and abroad related information, the rapid design of roadway supporting equipment of walking system adopts the form of monorail, walking through the design of three kinds of schemes are comparative analysis, finally confirmed with stepped type two cylinders, traveling mechanism on its working process and structure features in detail, and by using ANSYS software to statics analysis, verified the rationality of the traveling mechanism.In this paper, the rapid design of roadway supporting equipment form of braking system adopts the brake braking, brake braking system working principle and parts are analyzed in detail and calculation, and by using the ANSYS software the statics analysis, the rationality of the braking mechanism was verified.This paper design the hydraulic system of the equipment support by rapid walking system, map the walking hydraulic system diagram, and use the AMESim software of hydraulic system modeling and simulation analysis, validate the rationality of walking hydraulic system.
