The endless rope winch is a driving part of the endless rope monorail crane. The endless rope realizes the Ⅰ-steel rail auxiliary transportation monorail by hanging lifting and braking in the unit. The endless rope transports heavy lift monorail by lifting equipment. Through the control of the endless rope winch the speed and displacement of the transport can be controlled, and the transformation of the speed and the traction force can be realized. According to different working conditions, the traction force and traction speed of different rope winch are adjusted. This research and development is designed for 10 tons of equipment to carry on the overall hoisting and transportation. It greatly reduces the dismantling of heavy machinery, transportation, etc., to reduce the transport time and reduce labor intensity. Improve the level of mechanized auxiliary transport operation in coal mine. And in improves the level of mechanized auxiliary transport operation in coal mine. This is not only to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment transport process, but also to ensure the safety of the operators.The specific content of the thesis were as follows:First of all, from the overall structure of the endless rope monorail crane brake system, to carry out the important parts (such as centrifugal release device, the device, set forward component, wheel, etc.) design. Secondly, using Solidworks to establish the model of the whole brake system and checking the size of the endless rope monorail crane brake force and brake springs and the matching design of the brake cylinder. Again, analysis of the endless rope monorail crane of the important parts of the analysis and the fatigue analysis of the high frequency load components. At last, the whole hydraulic braking system was designed, including the design of the hydraulic system schematic diagram and the selection of the relevant hydraulic components.Through the study of this paper, in the endless rope monorail crane brake system under the premise of safe and reliable, optimizing hydraulic circuit of braking system and designing more reasonable hydraulic brake system. In addition, in the design of centrifugal release device, a pusher device, speed dial component, under the condition of monorail hoist over speed, through mechanical linkage to achieve the brake cylinder unloading, the rapid response and high reliability. Through the study of this thesis, implementing heavy lifting transportation machinery and equipment, enhancing the level of mechanization of the coal mine auxiliary transportation operation, and ensuring the endless rope monorail crane equipment transportation safety and reliability.
