Research On Coal Characteristics And Technology Of The Central Type Of Coking Coal Preparation Plant In Panxie District

At present, our high-quality coking coal resources appeared signs of exhaustion. In order to efficient use of coal, all special and rare coal should be washed. After coal preparation, the high-quality special and rare coal must be firstly used in metallurgy, chemical industry and material industry, etc. Whatever, coal must be limited to burn directly.This paper mainly has on process study through the central type of coking coal preparation plant in Panxie district of Huainan which will be built in future. Firstly, we should sampling and sample preparation of raw coal. The raw coal come from the B group of7,8,11coal bed and the C group of13coal bed which will be washed in the central type of coking coal preparation plant in Panxie district. Then, do test of size analysis and float-and-sink analysis about raw coal. And do the elemental analysis and industrial analysis of coal. And later, determine plastic layer index and caking index of raw coal. Above all, we can know well about coal quality characteristic and washability of raw coal in Panxie district.According to the acquired data of raw coal in Panxie district, we do some analysis and summary. Then make a plan about process flowsheet suitable for the central type of coking preparation plant in Panxie district. Later, we do evaluation to this process flowsheet. In comparison to the function of the main coal preparation equipments in Huainan and its surrounding mining area, we choose out these equipments which are advanced, large processing capability and high separation efficiency. In conclusion, we should make these equipment adapt to coal quality in Panxie district in a certain range of changes without affecting the separation efficiency.
