As the raw material quality, inferior is becoming more and more serious, heavy oil catalytic cracking (RFCC) unit faces serious coking, which limits the long period operation. Regenerator increased raw coke burning ability of regenerator put forward higher request, therefore how to further reduce the energy consumption in the process of machining is emphasizing on the direction of oil processing process.Aiming at raw material inferior coked serious problem, with a1.2Mt/a FCC unit as an example, analyze the equipment running status, find out the existing problems in device, optimization and improvement measures are put forward. The daqing atmospheric residuum and vacuum residuum to mix raw materials, application of MIP technology, application settler VQS fast technology, optimization of actual device after processing hours8400hours, nominal processing capacity of1.2million tons/year, to reduce energy consumption of unit, the purpose of reducing coking and run for a long period of time. Compared to the following conclusions:(1) before and after optimization of VQS system application, reduces time of oil and gas in the settler, completely solve the device coked serious unsafe hidden trouble, device to reduce accident shutdown, coking amount is low, long construction period, technical level has reached the leading level in the same kind of device;(2) the main distribution board again and again and again and again to strengthen burning in the main grid integrated application, makes the device burning ability get promoted. Regenerator after internal components such as a series of updates and additional booster after modification, the fan before export to the machine entrance pressure drop by the transform of105kpa to97kpa, the main air pipe line pressure drop loss, increase recovery power machine, reduce the energy consumption;(3) after using MIP technology, make the catalytic device processing ability get promoted, up19.30%compared with before optimization processing capacity and design capacity increased by8.71%;(4) compared with before modification gasoline yield, liquid hydrocarbon yield increase, the diesel oil yield, slurry oil yield drop, coke yield decreased, the dry gas yield slightly decreased.
