With the rapid economic development in today’s society, coating technology,also called paint spraying technology has become increasingly widely-used technique. Many different types of spraying technology, mainly air spraying, electrostatic spraying, and airless spraying, which is currently most widely-used.As high-pressure airless sprayer is the main high-pressure airless spraying equipment, this paper conducts analysis and research on a high-pressure airless sprayer design, combined with business needs, to complete the final prototype.This article firstly makes a systematic exposition of the research status of high pressure airless sprayer and the research content and meaning at home and abroad, and specifically describes the various components, technical parameters, types and working principles.Accessories for example, high-pressure hose, spray gun are briefly introduced and these make a foundation to the design of the back pad.Secondly, it introduces the overall design of all important parts of the high-pressure airless sprayer, and also elaborates on the role and function of the principle of airless sprayer’s various parts, and the design also makes a detailed description and analysis of every part. Three-dimensional software UG diagram is used for the three-dimensional modeling of some important parts, some optional accessories are also introduced, and each machine’s assembly and exploded views are given. ANSYS software is used to analyze the strength of its important part--hydraulic piston to give cloud analysis of pressure and displacement, thus most easily damaged plunger position and improvements are obtained.Finally, the author combines the needs of enterprises and the machine for a simple assembly, and assembles a prototype verification, drawns parts which need to be improved and re-optimize the design. Secondly, the atomization performance coatings is described, and a brief analysis of the structure and use of the nozzle wear is made. In addition, a brief selection of the correct method and routine maintenance of the high-pressure airless sprayer are made to extend the life of the sprayer.In this paper, high-pressure airless sprayer has been re-designed, the first step of the design process is to develop the high-pressure airless sprayer overall program, then the design of the various parts, building of two-dimensional drawings and the establishment, calculation, simulation of partly three-dimensional maps.Then they are sent into the enterprise, carried out sample production, and manuals and product identification books will be written later.
