At present,it is mostly universal CNC system used on the market, but for some special mechanical equipment, such as special grinding machine, gear machine tools which need to have their own special user interface and some specific function module, can provide users with convenient operation of the device management and powerful system support, improve the superiority of the CNC system.Spiral bevel gear machine tools has its complexity and particularity such as complicated movement connection, more adjustive factors and factors affecting machining precision features, particularly high determine its claim to the numerical control system. And domestic market of spiral bevel gear machine tools used are mostly foreign universal CNC system, the system control performance usually can not meet the requirement of the gear processing, so its general NC system for function module development, has its objective necessity.This paper expounds the spiral bevel gear machine tool numerical control system of NC process, study of open system and proposes the compound machine tool numerical control system of spiral bevel gears feasibility and the practical significance of the secondary development; For Heidenhain iTNC530CNC systems, the paper analyzes its capability, frame, redevelopment’s principle and method, analyzes the redevelopment’s need, and designs the functional module. This paper makes a research focusing on the turn-mill combination function of compound machine tool of spiral bevel gears> switching founction of parameters of the macro program and parameter optimization of machine tool.It mainly including that making the turn-mill combination founction realized by analysing the Heidenhain iTNC530numerical control system performance and environment of secondary development,refining the gear machining process by the study on system structure of Five-axis machining and the factors influencing the gear machining accuracy.5kinds of processing mode is put forward and its parameters are modularized achieving the switching founction on the parameters of machine tools. Optimize parameters of machine tools to provide data base of parameters modularization by studying the principle of optimality about numerical control machine tool, combining with the program TNCopt provided by Heidenhain numerical control system to optimize and diagnose. |
