Spiral bevel gears play a role in the mechanical industry occupies. In aviation, navigation, cars and all kinds of precision machine, and other industries is used widely. Because spiral bevel gear geometry is complexed, therefore the meshing quality is controlled difficultly. Complicated mechanical transmission chain of spiral bevel gear generator also fully can use simple multi-axis CNC mode to replace and it is becoming trend. This paper puts forward to domestic CNC system "GSK980Mda" to reconstructed GH35spiral bevel gear generator for numerical control transformation.In the thesis, the research achievements and creative contents is included:1spiral bevel gear machine of shaking table generator worked theory, machine tool structure and the corresponding relationship of motion is analysed, the paper is put forward reconstructed new method about the gear milling machine for three axis two linked and choice GUANG ZHOU M980Mda CNC system. A part of mechanical transformation is reconstructed and design the main circuit and control circuit,PLC I/O in internal CNC system is distributed.2Through analysis of working principle about GH35generator hydraulic system. To used PLC internal of GSK980MDa to control feed, backward manual and automatic and work holding of GH35spiral bevel gear generator.Realizing feed when milling gear and backward when gear skip. According to the spiral bevel gear generator processing requirements and set CNC systems params to cater to CNC system debugging and numerical control parameters setting, reset switch for zero etc. To design different spiral bevel gear processing program and design the unified interface to manufactured gear.3A pair of gear was finished by reconstructed CNC system machine, according to their meshing theory. Meshing mark inspection was check up on Gear rolling test measuring instrument to test gear machining accuracy and pitch error. In the end,pitch error was analysed and debugged gear machine to steadily realize precision levelExperimental results solved the problem that is feasibled to used domesticallyproduced numerical control system reconstructed spiral gear machine. The domesticCNC system application scope was expanded and to laid the foundation of theory andexperiment for spiral bevel gears machine.
