In recent years, with the continuous development of China’s petrochemical industry,application and development of by-products of ethylene unit C9comprehensive utilizationtechnology will improve the ethylene plant economic efficiency and resource utilization toprovide an important direction. The separation and comprehensive utilization of C9fractionhas been used by the early mixed turned to the use of separating single composition, and tothe preparation of fine chemical products development direction. Development and study ofcracking C9follow-up resources to rational use of resources, improve the added value of theproducts, increase enterprise benefit is very meaningful.This paper mainly expounds the present cracking C9resources utilization situation anddevelopment trend of C9cracking device, modified, the C9separation unit consists of arectifying tower de heavy fractionator, styrene, indene double tower, tower four towers ofcontinuous operation, the distributed computer control system (DCS) operation, control andmonitoring, the pyrolysis of raw C9and separation of Daqing Petrochemical to DaqingHuake company delivery after each fraction were analyzed by GC, separation of140℃distillate fractions before, styrene, dicyclopentadiene distillate fraction, indene, naphthalenefraction, and the fraction of chromatographic analysis, for the comprehensive utilization ofthe initial mixed use steering isolated group provides powerful use of experimental data.Bicyclic fraction of pyrolysis C9isolated, with140℃of aromatic fractions as solvent, usingthermal polymerization synthesis of bicyclic resin.
