Synthesis of chlorinatedaliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonates intermediates of appropriate reactionconditions for: SOCl2/AEO (mole ratio)=1.8:1.0, the reaction temperature70℃, reactiontime,10h, chlorinated alcohol ether intermediates production rate of81.92%. Productshave been characterized by ir, proven product for chlorinated aliphatic alcoholpolyoxyethylene ether.Intermediates in the synthesis of chlorinated aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,sodium hydroxide, sodium methoxide as catalyst and hydroxyethyl sodium sulfonate(C2H5NaSO4) reaction to generate fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonates (AESO).When sodium hydroxide as catalyst was optimized reaction conditions, the reactiontemperature is120℃, n(C2H5NaSO4)/n(chlorinated alcohol ether)=1.6:1, then(NaOH)/n(C2H5NaSO4)=1.5:1,10h, the reaction time of AESO production rate is11.43%; CH3ONa of sodium methoxide as catalyst were analyzed using single factor when the weight ratio, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time on the reaction, theeffect of experiment is better reaction conditions as follows: reaction temperature is110℃,n(C2H5NaSO4)/n(chlorinated alcohol ether)=1.6:1, n(CH3ONa)/n(C2H5NaSO4)=2.5:1,the reaction time8h, AESO yield is56.81%. The product have been characterized by ir.Finally, the synthetic product AESO interface resistance, salt resistance, temperaturetolerance and oil displacement were studied. |
