Vacuum annealing furnace is one of the most critical production equipment heattreatment process production line, which includes mechanical design, thermodynamics,fluid mechanics,material mechanics and other knowledge, is a heat treatment equipment,high degree of automation, control structure is the core parts of. the furnacetemperature characteristics directly determine the quality of the product, the temperaturecontrol structure is its core components.Design of main structure of the vacuum annealing furnace, the furnace bodystrength design, strong cold motor and vacuum system selection are given to explain thecalculation. The key problem is followed by vacuum annealing furnace temperaturecontrol structure design to solve is to determine the heating power, selection andreasonable arrangement of heating and heat preservation layer are analyzed in detail,presents the solution.
