With the development of technology,more and more large size and even oversized aluminum alloy sheet metal parts are used in civil aircraft.However,with the increase of the effective loading area of the furnace,the difficulty of automatic control of large aluminum alloy sheet metal parts comprehensive heat treatment furnace is increased.The key control technology indicators have two aspects:1.Temperature uniformity in large working areas;2.The quenching transfer time can be controlled reliably and the falling terminal large inertia buffer is controlled.This paper focuses on the steady-state and dynamic homogeneity of temperature control in large working areas,by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology on furnace steady phase(insulation)carries on the numerical simulation of warm,the analysis under low cycle wind speed distribution characteristics of the steady state in the hearth are warm,and put forward a kind of based on online by adjusting the parameters of the temperature control table output limiting temperature range of realize the synchronization,so as to meet the dynamic warm temperature control strategy.Therefore,the temperature control strategy of dynamic homogeneity is satisfied.Concrete realization method is in the process of heating with heating rate slow temperature as reference,online adjustment limit temperature range of other upper limit of temperature control table of output amplitude parameter,realize the synchronization of unbalanced load.Requirements to control the quenching transfer time,the oil hydraulic system control on the differential growth arithmetic decompression used with proportional throttle speed regulation way,realize the working condition of varying load of constant differential pressure on the hydraulic proportional control valve core,so as to realize accurate speed variable load.Through the design of the end-stage buffer safe bypass overflow,it is realized that the differential speed regulation loop can suppress the inertia impact of the large load.According to the production requirements of the automatic control system of the equipment,multi-bus technology is adopted to form the automatic control system of IPC+PLC+ intelligent instrument,and the KINGSCADA3.52 configuration software is adopted to realize the on-line monitoring and management of the upper computer.The actual production operation shows that the control temperature andtemperature of the equipment,the timeliness of quenching transfer and the smoothness can meet the requirements of production process,and have remarkable economic and social benefits in improving product quality.
