Down coiler is in a very important position in modern hot rolling strip roduction.At present, the domestic each big Steel Corp uses more advanced coiling machine isdependent on foreign technology, domestic still lack of self system of undergroundvolume overall design capacity.The main reason is not enough depth, such as research, basic research has not keptpace with the practical application, also does not have the right volume parameters, themachine structure parameters, design and calculation of mathematical model andcontrol model etc. Improve the overall design capacity of modern hot rolling equipment,speed up technological reform, promote the large-scale metallurgical equipmentmanufacture localization be imperative.This thesis comprehensively developed integrated Tang Gang hot rollingproduction line for1700coiling equipment as the research object, through advancedtechnology to fully digest foreign, respectively in the coiling process and key equipmentdevelopment, the system mathematical model research, theoretical research step controlmodel of three levels, are summarized and analyzed. The theory research to the specificwork is as follows:According to Tang Gang’s1700reel structure and process characteristics, analysisof kinematics, will roll system statics, reveals the wrapper system roll gap, pressurecompensation coefficient, gravity compensation coefficient and driving cylinderpressure variation. And the pinch roll unit roll gap, pressure variation was analyzed,combined with the pinch roll unit weight, the spring force, the main servo hydrauliccylinder force, roller pressure, analyzed the interaction relationship between the force.And on this basis, the author attempts to study the step function control algorithm.The major technical problems to solve in the localization process, has played a duerole. Research methods in this thesis, for our country in the down coiler automatic jumpcontrol, as soon as possible with independent intellectual property rights of the patent,provides a new idea.
