Therefore, the rational development andutilization of resources of red jujube, especially for the research on fresh food, processingand deep processing for different purposes will enrich people’s dietary variety, also will bringnew development opportunities for the red jujube industry. However, in the early processingand deep processing of red jujube, dispelling the nuclear of red jujube is a necessary part ofthe process, so the red jujube pitting machine will bring great convenience to the earlyprocessing and deep processing of red jujube.Red jujube pitting machine is a multi-station automatic machinery and the reason for thelow success rate of current domestic red jujube is that the positioning of mechanical are notaccurate and the coordination of position is improper. Therefore, analysis of kinematics anddynamics of the red jujube pitting machine that in order to find the design defects ofequipment in advance has the vital significanceIn this paper, by combining the main problems of the current domestic red jujube pittingmachine and basing on the requirements of the pitting method determined structureparameters and design the jujube pitting machine. The machine is mainly composed of a gridtype separating cylinder, jujube cup, conveyor belt, pitting mechanism, geneva mechanism, achain wheel mechanism and a synchronous belt wheel mechanism. The machine combine theintermittent motion of geneva mechanism with the straight reciprocating motion of crank slideand on the force of device the pitting pole can alignment the center of the red jujubeaccurately in a working cycle.In order to analyze the rationality of the red jujube pitting machine this passage use thePro/E software to build3D model of the jujube pitting machine parts and make a the correctassembly providing the virtual prototyping for the model structure analysis and motionsimulation analysis of the red jujube pitting machine. Use mechanism module of the Pre/Esoftware to the kinematics simulation of virtual prototype pitting machine and focus on themotion characteristics of geneva mechanism and the pitting mechanism,what`s more, theirmatching condition. The simulation results show that the design reaches the aim of theexpected design and can meet the technical demand of pitting red jujube. |
