As one of the most direct and effective legal evidence, the standard use and safe custody of the stamp is great significance in all walks of life. In the daily management work, signature or stamps are used and even faked by others. The stamp handle lacks of effective supervision of many business-critical, so no record can be traced back. In order to avoid the risks arising out of the stamp operation, it is of very important significance for use of the stamp to design and develop as tamp system which used for separating the stamp from the hand, automatic stamp, monitoring the stamp, authorizing stamp and the real-time record. This design improved and designed a copper stamp of the stamp controlled machine through analysis the printing process and working principles of stamp, combination with the working environment, the stamp requirement, as well as the actual working condition analysis of the first generation stamp-controlled machines. So that the whole work of stamps is achieved full automatic and monitoring.The main work of this paper includes:Firstly, this paper introduces the demand for stamp-controlled system design, proposes the specific requirements on the new generation of the stamp controlled machine through analyze the problems of the first generation stamp controlled machine in practical work.Secondly, the selected stamps mechanism is improved and designed in the stamp machine. The selected stamps mechanism is designed into the rack of vertical rotation mechanism. We have conducted a stress analysis and checked for the buffer and reset mechanism, which can adapt to choosing a different weight of stamp. The stamp protection mechanism is designed to adapt to the needs of safety and emergency stamp when stamps leaved the stamp machine. The paper pressing mechanism is designed to adapt to stamping for different size stamped document or bills protection. The realization of the replacement of the stamped document or bills is very difficult to move freely, so the stamp is effectiveness for the stamped document or bills.Thirdly, Three-dimension model is built by using Solidworks software. By modeling, interference checking and assembly for the whole machine, the stamp controlled machine parts size parameters, structure form, assembly method and assembly dimensions are determined. By using the simulation module of Solidworks software, this topic gets the position curve and related data of the rack bar from the motion simulation and finite element analysis on stamping mechanism. The action of stamping mechanism is proved that it can complete the stamping process. |
