Fluorite industry as a major source of fluorine in the fluorine products.It has awide range of applications in the metallurgical and chemical industries.After decadesof over-exploitation since the reform and opening up,China has gradually scarcefluorite mineral resources.At present,High grade ore,easy dressing fluorite ore inChina takes less and less.For those low-grad,fine particles and miscellaneousingredients difficult to develop increasingly imminent election fluorite.But also hasfar-reaching implications for the comprehensive utilization of fluorite resources.In this paper, the status in the word of fluorite mineral beneficiation wereanalyzed.For the Fluorite Mine of Hebei Longhua Mining Ltd.conducted anexperimental study of fluorite ore sorting.For the mode of occurrence of the minerals,the main mineral composition and chemical composition were analyzed.Researchconducted a series of tests selected based on their mineral characteristics.Determine areasonable reagent system and process.And further experimental study on improve theindicators of Concentrate products to achieve a better concentrate productspecifications.Simultaneously takes the Mechanism of action of flotation reagents andminerals are discussed.The experimental results show that the mineral dissemination size complexity,grinding and flotation processes can not be directly used to get in line with therequirements of the chemical industry for the product.Testing to determine thereasonable process by the method of ore regrinding.The optimum conditionsare:Roughing grinding fineness-0.074mm size fraction accounted for52.15%,pHvalue of9.0,the amount of oleic acid600g/t,flotation temperature of22℃.Through arougher, seven featured twice sweep the election,the ore concentrate regrinding ofclosed circuit test has been obtained concentrate indicators CaF2content98.07%,SiO2content of0.96%,CaCO3content of0.36%of the product.YF drug use as acollector instead of oleic acid were closed test at a temperature of13℃when YFdosage1200g/t get concentrate grade of98.5%,recovery81.87%,CaCO3content of0.2%,SiO2content of0.52percent concentrate indicator.In this paper, the mechanism of flotation reagents and mineral exploration andresearch conducted, oleic acid adsorption capacity is much larger than the surface ofthe quartz fluorite;In acidic conditions, the acid-based fluorite surface physicaladsorption,desorption is easy;H2Si03acidic sodium silicate particles in the form ofquartz surface adsorption characteristics,should play better inhibition of quartz.Aspects of this paper, experimental study of low-grade refractory sortingfluorite,fluorite to improve product quality,the use of available resources,such asfluorite very important practical significance.
