To study the effect on inhabitants of air pollutants in terms of economic loss, the influence of main air pollutants in beijing(inhalable particles,SO2, NO2) which can lead to people suffering relative illnesses and early death has been analyzed using dose-response model and modified human capital method based on concerning data of2012. In the process of model calculation, this article exclude climate change, the law of residents travel, diet and other factors on the results of the calculation of impact, joined the temperature, humidity, factors such as control variable, eggs and meat prices over the weekend, the final result is able to more accurately reflect the main air pollutants on the residents health damage. The analysis showed that the health damages caused by Beijing air pollutants emission can total to76.85825million yuan in terms of money. The damages from air pollution include cardiolgical-blood illness and respiratory system illness. Of the financial loss caused by early death is higher than the loss that due to cardiolgical-blood illness. The economic loss of early death caused by air pollutants has been calculated from the three perspectives of pollutants、regions and inhabitant ages. The result showed the economic loss of the three main air pollutants of SO2, NO2and inhalable particles from which can be seen that inhalable particles can cause the greatest damage and should be dealt with foremost. From the perspective of district, Chaoyang, Haidian and Fengtai districts have the greater three economic loss calculations, each of them covering21%,17%and11%of early death loss. From the perspective of the age, the major groups affected by air-pollution-leading early death are infants and children(0-4years) and middle-aged and old men(50-80years). Based on the above conclusions, policy suggestions are provided, including controlling inhalable particles, greening, promoting protect in children and the elderly.
