Research On The Ecological Civilization Construction Under The Perspective Of Beautiful China

With the penetration and development of modernization, China experienced a seriesof serious environmental problems; it has become a “bottleneck” restricting China’seconomic and social development. In this regard, the party and the country attached greatimportance to this problem. In Eighteenth CPC National Congress, for the first time, theconstruction of ecological civilization is elevated to the same height with the fourcivilization construction and it became part of the overall layout of socialistmodernization. So an in-depth study of ecological civilization in the context of beautifulChina is of critical importance to face and solve environmental problems in the processof social development.This article includes introduction, body and conclusion, of which:Focusing on research and assessment of current situation related to this topic athome and abroad, the introduction section introduces the purpose and significance of thisstudy. In addition, a brief introduction is offered on the main research methods andinnovation of this paper.Two basic concepts are mainly defined in the first chapter: beautiful China and theconstruction of ecological civilization. A strong theoretical support for the construction ofecological civilization is concluded and the way of ecological civilization construction toreflect the value of “Beautiful China” is analyzed, thus a new perspective is proposed tomeet the requirements for the study of ecological civilization.The second chapter discusses the practical necessity of ecological civilizationconstruction. By analyzing the present situation of ecological civilization constructionand the reasons for problem existed during the process of ecological civilizationconstruction, the preparation work is done for the seeking the specific path of ecologicalcivilization construction. Meanwhile the author specifies that only ecological civilizationconstruction can achieve the aim of beautiful China.The third chapter discusses the path of realizing ecological civilization constructionfor building beautiful China, which is focusing on critical tasks of current ecologicalcivilization construction; regarding the spirit and requirements of ecological civilizationconstruction as the lubricant of economic and social development and making the spirit and requirements penetrate into every aspect of modernization. The ecologicalcivilization construction should be independent and “emergence into the soul” topenetration into economic and social construction.Conclusion is a summary of the research carried out in this article. The authorsummarizes the new views on the theory and practice of ecological civilizationconstruction again on the importance of construction of ecological civilization for therealization of beautiful China.
