Abstract/Summary:
The inspection of CBM field is the guarantee of monitoring equipments’ working state,detecting equipments’ defects, and eliminating the potential danger. Along with the fastdeveloping of the coal bed methane exploration and development steps, the traditional way ofinspection has been difficult to meet the needs of the development of the current digital era.Considering the current inspection system, data acquisition methods in our country, we needto develop a new kind of automatic and intelligent inspection method which is suitable toChina’s national conditions.We first introduce the current development situation of CBM field inspection systemboth in China and foreign countries. Then we analyze its application in the coal bed methaneexploration industry, at the same time, considering the current widely using of Android mobileequipments, develop the inspection system in the mobile terminal is necessary and important.Secondly, some key technologies in developing the inspection system are analyzed. Then thesystem requirements analysis is finished, and the software and hardware environments areintroduced. Moreover, the intelligent algorithm of CBM number automatic recognition beingused in the system is introduced. Finally, the running status of the system tested on a mobiledevice are given.This paper mainly developed the map module based on mobile terminal positioningtechnology, namely how to use the GPS and base station positioning technology to track theinspectors and draw the trajectory, in order to implement real-time monitoring. The datatransmission module based on GPRS communication technology, enable the inspectors tologin and collect data outdoors, also can let the inspectors upload data timely. The numberrecognition module is achieved by using the image processing technologies, this part can letthe inspectors capture the pictures of the coal gas meters and recognition the numbersautomatically, also can store the pictures and edit the recognition results.In this paper, technologies of GPS, GPRS and Android image processing are used in thedevelopment of the coal bed methane field mobile terminal intelligent inspection system, andthe system’s architecture combines B/S and M/S framework. The inspection system cancomplete the functions of production data real-time acquisition and transmission, can archivethe navigation mission for inspectors, can draw the inspection trajectory timely, and can alsoallow the user to capture the coal gas meters and recognize the numbers needed automatically.This means the system we developed can basically meet the requirements of informatization,real-time, automatic and intelligent.
