At present,in the context of "German Industry 4.0",intelligent manufacturing and intelligent production will become the main direction for the development of manufacturing in the future.With the development of modern industrialized intelligence,more and more manufacturing equipment is put into use.Because the equipment is in a running state for a long time,it is easily affected by the surrounding environment,which causes sudden failure of the equipment,which directly affects production and generates larger economic loss.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor and manage the running status of the equipment in real time.Based on this situation,this paper designs a CNC milling machine monitoring system.The system uses a combination of B/S architecture and C/S architecture to achieve remote data monitoring.Based on the research on information collection technology of existing CNC milling machines,this paper designs a remote monitoring system for processing unit status.The system design is divided into two parts: data collection and remote browsing of data.The collected data includes: temperature parameter collected by collection device,machine tool information and program information collected in numerical control system.Firstly,a condition monitoring system was developed based on a small three-axis CNC milling machine in the laboratory.At the same time,the position of the sensors was determined by finite element analysis.The whole system is written by C #.Secondly,the Visual Studio platform was used to design the PC-side application program,and the developed PC-side program was used to realize the visualization,query,and alarm functions of the collected platform data.The spindle temperature information,machine tool information,and machine program information were stored in the Sql server database.Then the system uses Html + Css + Javascript technology to design the front-end display page of the website,and the front-end page uses Javascript and XML(AJAX)technology to realize the real-time refresh of the web page.Finally,the system is tested on mobile terminals such as laptops or mobile phones to verify the real-time and reliability of the system.The system developed in this paper implements real-time monitoring of the status of machining units such as CNC machine tools based on mobile terminals.Users can browse the information as long as they log in to the website.The system solves the trouble that the operator must always stare at the equipment,and has high practicality.
