Pipe belt conveyor is developed on the basis of a new common belt conveyor, which is driven by the friction between the roller and the belt and use of polygonal arrangement (hexagon mostly) idlers to force the belt into a round tube. Ordinary pipe belt conveyor has many merits:such as space turning run、little space、green、 steep angled conveying and so on. Pipe belt conveyor in coal mine is based on a ordinary pipe belt conveyor on the part of key components and electronic control equipment to do the appropriate treatment, make the fuselage become smaller, so that the powder and granular material is not flying, leaking, achieve green harmless conveyor. Achieves beneficial result of economy, society, environmental protection three win for backfill in coal mine process.Firstly, the main components of the pipe belt conveyor in coal mie begain initial calculations and selection, playbooks from ordinary pipe belt conveyor and belt conveyor design, completes the main parameters of the pipe belt conveyor in coal mine design and key part selection.Checks the safety primary belt coefficient,In the coming works such as draws engineering graphicsand install on-spot, we will see the design works offen using some emprical formula.Aiming at this phenomenon this paper breaking analysis into two parts.1.Design of transition section length, designers choose according to their ownexperience, subjective uncertainty caused by design,by searching the pipe belt conveyor engineering design data, Selection of dozens of groups of pipe belt conveyor effect factors of transition section length. Using SPSS on the selected data regression analysis, to find a suitable piperegression equation of belt conveyor transition section length and its influencing factors, and is verified by the existing design parameters, test results meet the design requirements.2.
