With the development of my country's energy industry,the coal industry plays an important role in my country's modern industrial production.While the coal industry drives the progress of my country's modern industry,the problem of coal dust also comes along.Coal dust spontaneous combustion,coal dust explosion,environmental pollution,pneumoconiosis,silicosis and many other harmful factors have led to the development of many challenges in my country's coal industry [1].According to the safety production policy of "safety first,prevention first,comprehensive treatment" [2],this paper starts from the actual site of the ground production system of the southern open-pit coal mine in the Zhundong region of Xinjiang,and starts from the dust production mechanism and dust suppression of the belt conveyor operation process.In two aspects,the current situation and countermeasures of coal dust in open-pit coal mines in China are systematically described.In order to address the problem of coal dust emission from the belt conveyor of open-pit mines in a targeted manner,this paper uses computer-aided design,field experiments,modular analysis,data analysis,economic and technical analysis and other methods to systematically study the surface production of southern open-pit coal mines in the Zhundong area of??Xinjiang The dust production mechanism of the system belt conveyor,existing dust suppression measures,research and development of dust suppression devices,etc.First,a modular analysis method is used to theoretically analyze the reasons for the dust production of the belt conveyor,mainly from the coal production chute dust production,the belt production process vibration dust production,the transfer point dust production,the belt running material spreading dust,dust cleaning and dust removal The aerodynamic mechanism of coal dust was studied in different dimensions.Secondly,according to the actual operating conditions and design requirements of the on-site belt conveyor,a dust suppression device for coal dust diffusion caused by vibration of the return surface of the belt is proposed.The device was built with a three-dimensional model and related component selection design.Taking the southern open-pit coal mine in the Zhundong region of Xinjiang as the test object,systematic coal dust control measures were adopted to reduce the coal dust concentration of the coal conveyance corridor and each transfer point of the ground production system from 20 mg/m3 to below the national standard of 4 mg/m3.The dust suppression theory has been verified by practice.Finally,based on the actual dust control practices of the southern open-pit coal mine in Zhundong,Xinjiang,a set of systematic dust suppression techniques for the belt conveyor coaltransportation process is summarized,which provides a comprehensive and complete dust suppression plan for the open-pit coal mine belt conveyor dust control.In summary,the relevant research in this paper provides a certain theoretical and practical basis for solving the dust production problem in the operation of open-pit coal belt conveyors,and effectively improves the reduction of equipment service life caused by the coal dust problem,coal dust explosion,coal dust spontaneous combustion,coal mine workers Pneumoconiosis and many other issues have laid a certain theoretical foundation for the dust suppression technology of the open-pit coal mine belt conveyor,and promoted the development of "smart mines,green mines,and cultural mines".The paper has 53 pictures,16 tables,and 62 references.
