The accurate identification of coal mine’s major hazard installation and the effective control is not only the objective requirement of the coal mine safety production, and a basic content of the coal mine enterprise’s safety management and important work. In order to accurately analyze the risk of major hazards in coal mine, hazard control measures for coal mining enterprises to provide a reference basis, identification of major hazards in coal mine, on the basis of related research, construction of major hazards in coal mine based on the theory of fuzzy risk analysis model, combined with the result of risk analysis, on the basis of relevant theories of security control, coal mining enterprises to major hazard control measures are given. Finally, W coal mine roof hazards system, for example, using the risk model to analyze the major hazard installation, show the effectiveness of the proposed analysis method. The main contents are as follows:1. In this paper, the concept and identification method of major hazards in coal mine are introduced, in view of the accident statistics, accident control chart of existing hazards identification and risk analysis methods, such as the shortage of proposed considering risk factors influence the possibility and risk analysis, risk consequences three variables, the three-dimensional model for risk analysis. Using three types of hazard theory, risk factors of coal mine major risk sources, construction of major hazard installation hierarchical structure model, and in view of the fuzziness and uncertainty in the process of risk analysis, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and entropy value method to determine index influence degree.2. Based on the hazard W coal mine’s roof system as an example, the risk analysis model based on fuzzy theory for quantitative evaluation of major hazard installation level, to verify the proposed risk analysis model has the feasibility and effectiveness.3. On the basis of the results of risk analysis, using the control theory of safety management theory, safety and risk precontrol theory, gives the control measures of major hazard installation in coal mine, at the same time based on closed loop and feedback control principle, is proposed based on risk precontrol the mine major hazard installation control mode of thought.
