With the development of chemical industry, the dangerous chemical's type and quantity are also getting more and more. Study on hierarchical technology is very important that distinguishes the different dangerous of major hazards of chemicals. At present, method of death radius and major hazards of with chemicals flammable, explosive, virulent is common stage division in domestic and foreign. The former proposes early, the mentality is mature. But this method uses the empirical model much, and had not considered that the personnel and the property damage, the use scope is limited. The latter consideration comprehensive and careful, pertinence, talculation results are accurate, but involves indexes overmuch, the calculation are complicated, the subjectivity of correlation coefficient selection is bigger. The calculated has large differences from to practice data. Therefore, this article selected indexes based on HAZOP systems analysis method, to research classification mathematical model of process units and storage device about major hazards of chemicals separately by using the AHP-PCA method and coupling coefficient principle.First, to investigate and analyze the major hazards of chemicals of Heilongjiang province, and ascertain the critical amount of process units and storage device about major hazards of chemicals by using major hazards of chemicals identification(GB18218-2009).Secondly, in view of chemical industry characteristic, based on HAZOP the system analysis method, has analyzed the primary influence factor of the major hazards of chemicals'dangerous degree. Unifies the massive experts to prove with investigates and studies on the spot, the design has selected the five targets of quantity coefficient, thematerial risk, the technological process risk, thepersonnel and the property damage, those targets as the influence factor of graduation model, then quantify index by specialists judging scores. Once more, using AHP law structure judgment matrix, following to computation indexes weight. In PCA method modelling process, introduced the logarithm reduction to carry on the zero dimension to the target, has established graduation mathematical model of the major hazards of chemicals in the process units; In research of graduation mathematical model of storage device's major hazards of chemicals, has introduced accident's property damage target, expands in outward the 500m scope by the unit boundary including properties and so on equipment and building gives the target the corresponding coefficient corrected value, used the coefficient coupling principle in mathematics, the optimization design based on the risk factor R value graduation mathematical model.Based on the above fundamental research, this article take Mudanjiang as the object, the confirmation graduation result, and has carried on the contrastive analysis with the enterprise to the significant dangerous source's independent rank localization. At a certain extent, The graduation result formulated the major hazards corresponding management rank and the measure for the enterprise and the related department has provided the reference data.
