Research On Supply Chain Performance Evaluation For Clothing Industry From Environmental Perspective

With the development of global economy and the emergence of lowcarbon economy, the environmental problem has become a common concern of humansubject, the concept of “green idea”,“low carbon environmental protection” hasincreasingly become the mainstream of the new century.And the clothing industry as apillar industry of our national economy,play an important role in people’s clothingconsumption at the same time, is facing the green barrier and low carbon environmentalprotection laws and regulations from the environmental challenges,as well as clothingindustry as one of the more serious environmental pollution industry, in order to enter thedomestic and foreign markets to improve their own competitiveness, hence theimplementation of “green”,“low carbon clothing” of the relevant measures on clothingindustry has become the important means to improve the competitiveness.Based on this,the clothing industry in the market competition is the competition of supply chain,and the“green” along with the “environmental protection” concept will be applied to the wholeprocess of supply chain management.Formed in the environment from the Perspective ofclothing industry supply chain concept,to achieve the minimum energy consumption, withminimal impact on the environment side aim to achieve sustainable development oftheclothing industry.The performance evaluation is implemented under the clothingindustry in the supply chain environmental perspective the key issues,and effectiveperformance evaluation of supply chain is not only able to find and control the benefit ofthe clothing industry, but also can promote the whole system of supply chain operationsand optimization,so as to provide decision-making basis for the development of clothingindustry, and to promote the development of supply chain at the same time, improving theoverall performance of the supply chain of clothing industry under the perspective of theenvironment.Firstly,this paper discusses the research background, purpose and significance, andmakes a theoretical review of the present research situation,thus given the researchmethods,innovation and the overall framework; Then expounds the definition of greensupply chain and the supply chain of clothing industry,and the sustainabledevelopment;accordingly able to draw several differences and relations between theconcepts,then elaborated relevant theory of supply chain performance evaluation;Afterthat,on the basis of the evaluation index selection standard,we set up a kind of SupplyChain Performance Evaluation System of the environmental perspective Colthing Industryfrom5aspects, includes:clothing business process, supply chain sustainability,the level ofcustomer service,the overall management level of supply chain,and supply chain level ofenvironmental protection;Finally,giving this paper models and using the analytic hierarchyprocess (AHP) to determine the weight of each index, according to the fuzzy function method to determine the membership degree of each evaluation index, and combined withfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the overall performance evaluation ofthe clothing industry supply chain.On this basis,select typical clothing enterprises, to carrythrough case study on the clothing enterprises’ supply chain status.
