The heavy oilfield of Shu Guang development began in1979. In1983,the steam stimulationexperiments start on Shu1-7-5block achieve success. Then the heavy oil began to scaledevelopment. In June2000, Shu1area put into large-scale development. At present, theexploit of extra-heavy oil have entered fastigium,in order to further improve oil recovery,in2006,on the Shu1area of du-84block began to implement the SAGD production technologyindustrial field application. and have made significant development effect. Following the output of heavy oil increase by years,Appeared the problem of well station facilities great scale,management is difficult. Stimulation turns increase, the nature of oil product complexity,lead to the main heavy oil block Enter the high decline period. Annual decline in more than20%, Heavy oil stimulation and extra-heavy oil SAGD exploitation have put forward higherrequirements to Steam dryness,and gathering and transferring system. Focusing on theproblem, this article conduct in-depth study for the key technology of heavy oil thermalrecovery surface technique The Study includes three parts: steam injection system, productionsystem, gathering system key technology research and application.The study have greatsignificance for the liaohe oilfield to keep stable production above ten million tons productionscale. This paper has realized the heavy oil, extra-heavy oil reservoir development processrequirements,Improve the effect of heavy oil, this development and management level,reduce the labor intensity, Raise the level of heavy oil development automation,Implementation of heavy oil development and energy saving, high efficiency, safety andenvironmental protection.
