First elaborated background, purposeand significance of basic research, focusing on domestic and related research were reviewedand evaluated to determine the main research content and research ideas. Secondly, in theanalysis of the characteristics of oilfield surface engineering projects on the basis, overview oftheory and method of oilfield projects benefit evaluation.
