In the course of production in dressing mill, there is chaperonage powder. Powder is harmful to the person's health and life span, at the same time, it will add the enterprise any loss. Moreover, the powder also affected the production of the work, agriculture, wood, herding, sideline seriously, so the powder is a social harms, it must be dissolved thoroughly. Now, the work protecting people from powder poison has become an important contents of the labor protective. Although has some business enterprise obtained good dustproof effect by some means. Because of poor means of manage, expressly, there are contradiction and disjointing in the aspect of the full estimation of powder. For this, establishing the business enterprise powder evaluation system of a set of complete sciences and proceeding the advanced dust-proof work manage, have become the great necessary work.The evaluation of dustproof engineering involves numerous factors in dressing mill. Particularly some evaluation factor has some to do with person's relativity. It's hard to deal with and strongly misty. Therefore, this paper, based on fuzzy mathematics theory, applies the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into the assessment of dustproof engineering in dressing mill. The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is quantitative to evaluate with something hard to descript with quantity. It can settle the quantity form for those qualitative problems and the person's subjective judgment and carry fuzzy calculate. By this way, we can reduce the person's subjective mistake by degree, make evaluation more complete, objective and scientific. This paper commences from the dustproof technique, labor hygiene and organizes to manage the aspects, tries to evaluate the result of dustproof engineering by adoption the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it has a realistic significance.Carrying out the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the important is to establish the assessment index system and to define the relative weights. According to the influencing factors of dustproof engineering evaluation and setting- index principals, integrating, the management condition of dustproof engineering in dressing mill now, the author sets up an assessment index system.The weight is an important information for comprehensive evaluation, because the evaluation index system is hiberarchy in this thesis, and some evaluation factor qualitative, a qualitative and quantitative way—Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to define the relative weights for symbolizing the important extent of factors to dustproof assessment, scientifically and reasonably. Lastly, the author puts the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into practice, analyses the results of the evaluation, and gets objective conclusion, it shows that she model has the quality of science, practice and easy manage, also, the model reflects its many advantages and bright future.In addition, the author opens up procedure for the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of dustproof engineering in dressing mill. It predigests the calculation process and makes assessment more intuitive and convenient.
