This article first introduced the research progress in recent years of polyamideand polyester, the thesis mainly includes three parts:1. With five kinds of hydroquinone (nai hydroquinone, biphenyl, hydroquinonebisphenol AF, hydroquinone, bisphenol A (bpa) as the foundation, with2-chloro-5-nitro-3-HHtrifluoromethylHHbenzene nucleophilic substitution reaction, get Aseries of2-nitro compounds, in ethanol and then palladium carbon and nitrogenatmosphere using hydrazine hydrate as the reducing agent to restore the two nitrocompounds into a series of diamine, in the end, this series of trimellitic anhydridewith diamine respectively under the condition of acetic acid as solvent reaction toget A series of new diacid monomers containing imide bond, production ratebetween70%and78%; With a series of new diacid monomers and then adiamine containing pyridine ring polymerization, the logarithmic ratio of polymerthick viscosity coefficient between0.2-0.8dl/g, glass transition temperature (Tg)between223-283°C, the tensile strength of39-68MPa, tensile modulus of0.761.43GPa, elongation at break is between8.33and30.99%.The dissolution of theseries of polymerization has a relatively good performance, can dissolve incommon NMP, DMF, DMAc and other highly polar aprotic organic solvents.2. The trifluoro methyl benzene, formaldehyde and phenol in60%sulfuric acid ascatalyst under the condition of toluene as solvent was one new2phenol monomer[bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-trifluoromethylphenyl]methane, the best reactioncondition is: temperature control at around60°C, toluene solvent do notexcessive, otherwise the production rate is very low for the two phenol monomersoluble in toluene at high temperature,100tendency of three fluorinated methylbenzene formaldehyde reaction substrates.The toluene with40ml as a benchmark,so the reaction yield can reach87%;Using the phenol monomer respectively withHHparaphthaloylHH HHchlorideHH, isophthalic formyl chloride,1,4-(4-acylchlorobenzene oxygen radicals) benzene,1-acyl-4-chloride-benzenechlorobenzene oxygen radicals four benzene chloride polymerization, thepolymerization reaction using low temperature solution interfacialpolycondensation method, get one series of new aromatic polymers, the series oflogarithmic than thick viscosity of polymers in dl/g between0.61-1.14dl/g, Glasstransition temperature (Tg) between227-243°C, the tensile strength of62-70MPa, tensile modulus is between the amount of1.36-1.67GPa, elongation atbreak between9.96and38.11%.Almost all the polymesr dissolves in can dissolvein methylene chloride, chloroform, tetrahydrofuran, pyridine and DMF,10-channel DMAC,1,2-dichloroethane and NMP.3.[bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-trifluoromethylphenyl]methane(HPTPM) and2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane (6F-BPA) and three monomersterephthaloyl chloride (TPC),And material changes in the proportion of HPTPMamount of6F-BPA, using cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as a phase transfercatalyst, interface solution polycondensation, polymerization of a series oflow-speed rotation of trifluoromethyl and containing methylene polyarylate newgroup,The glass transition temperature of the resulting copolymers is between199-236°C, the logarithmic ratio between the viscosity of0.46-1.14dl/g,Atensile strength of44-76MPa, the tensile modulus of between1.12-1.81GPa,elongation at break of3.46-33.4%.All the copolymers can be dissolved in theseries DMF, NMP, DMAc and other polar aprotic solvent, even less soluble in apolar aprotic solvent, THF, Py. While the polymer film also has excellent lighttransmission.
