Produced diamond saw by laser welding is the future direction, compared withtraditional welding, the appearance of diamond saw by laser welding is better,theprecision and strength of diamond saw has greatly improved. However, whendiamond saw is welded by laser, the arc portion contact with base must be machinedprecisely to ensure the arc size of the diamond saw blade and the base are the same.The inner circular surface quality of diamond saw blade directly affect theperformance and lifetime of the diamond saw, a good inner circular surface of theblade can improve the weld strength of diamond saw, prevent diamond blade offdiamond saw during the work, improve the geometry and dimensional accuracy ofdiamond blade, and reduce the amount of deflection of the blade, greatly improve theperformance and lifetime of the diamond saw. At present, many domestic factoriesstill use manual method to grind diamond saw blade,in this way the workers havehigh labor intensity,but the production efficiency is low. In order to improveproduction efficiency and grinding effect,the author develops a new automaticarc-grinding machine for diamond saw blade.This article proposes a new arc-grinding mechanical system design scheme. UseInventor, a three-dimensional software, draws a three-dimensional model of thearc-grinding machine mechanical system. The new machine uses the swing arcgrinding wheel grinding diamond saw blade, it has high precision of grinding arc,high swing frequency and high grinding efficiency; it uses the way of vibratingfeeding dish and rail transport head to transport. A large number of diamond sawblade can be processed one time and the automation degree of the new arc-grindingmachine is high.Analysis the force of diamond saw blade during grinding process of thearc-grinding machining by ADAMS, establish a function between the size of diamondsaw blade force and the amount of wheel wear, when the wheel of arc-grindingmachine is worn,it can be detected by the force sensor of the grinding force variation to calculate the amount of wheel wear, thereby control the compensation mechanismwear for automatic compensation of grinding wheel.Establish parametric model of arc-grinding machine fixture system use the finiteelement analysis software ANSYS. Use the appropriate form of finite elements andconstraints according to actual working conditions of arc-grinding machine diamondsaw blade fixture. Calculate natural frequencies and mode shapes before6of arcgrinding machine fixture system. Provide a reference for the dynamic characteristicsdesign of arc-grinding machine fixture system. After analysis, the first naturalfrequency of arc-grinding machine fixture system is1487.4Hz, the maximumoperating frequency is23.7Hz, it is far less than the natural frequency of the fixture,namely, the resonant of arc-grinding machine fixture system does not occur.Therefore,the dynamic characteristics of the design of the arc-grinding machine fixture systemis reliable in the present design.
