As a way to achieve special processing at the same time toward the high efficiency, highprecision and intelligent development of WEDM are bound to have good processingperformance and lower cost. To expand the use of WEDM, it is necessary to improve itsaccuracy, performance, and reduce costs. Base, post, upper and lower arms and slip that are askey components WEDM in the process to achieve the overall performance plays an importantrole. Improving the static and dynamic characteristics of its components is important forimproving machine tool performance, reducing production costs. This paper is mainly forresearching DK7725machine structure.And the paper will combine the key componentsoptimizaiton and analysis with the optimization of the whole machine,so we can finish thewhole static and dynamic characteristics analysis and structural optimization.Achieving the displacement, stress and strain and other parameters of the machine byusing static analysis.Use ProE5.0build the geometry of DK7725key components, andsimplify the model in ANSYS Workbench and accomplish static analysis. Static analysismachine performance parameters can be learned for the conduct of lightweight design tools toprepare. Upon completion of the remaining static analysis but also on the whole structure ofkey components and dynamic analysis, the paper mainly accomplish modal analysis andharmonic response analysis. First, the key parts of the machine modal analysis determine thenatural frequencies and mode shape, so we need find the weak part of the analysis of keycomponents and improve its static and dynamic performance. Then analyze the whole modal,access the dynamic characteristics. By doing LMS Test hammering on the whole test,thedynamic characteristics tested by LMS are obtained. And compare the theoretical calculationsand experimental data.Through a series of experiments and optimization of key components, the key parts willbe re-optimized reconfigurable assembly, and a new structural model for re-analysis and re-optimized " components analysis-optimization-and then reconstruct-reanalysis-re-optimization " complete the whole process of static and dynamic characteristics analysis andstructural optimization. By contrast test and finite element analysis, we found the weak link inthe whole, and developed a viable machine optimization. In order to verify the performance ofthe dynamic optimization of the machine, so the machine is optimized by modal analysis andharmonic response analysis, the final results show we obtain the satisfied result, reduce thewhole weight and improve the overall performance. |
