Iron and steel industry has become the important basic industry of nationaleconomy, but with the restraining of surplus Production, limited resource andinsufficient transportation ability, production enterprises are often unable to form andintensive whole optimization of production processes through timely and orderlyproduction strategy and planning and knowledge acquisition, so we have to realize theupgrading of technology of Iron and steel enterprises, improve the steel product, andraise the production efficiency continually, then reduce cost, get profit. Therefore,studying the production strategy and plan of iron and steel enterprises become moreand more important.This dissertation is supported by the National Science Foundation:Study onIntelligent Scheduling and Knowledge Network of the Hybrid Production Process inIron and Steel Production (71271160),starting with from iron and steel productionprocess characteristic in this thesis, the things of iron and steel enterprise anddeveloping state at present was analyzed, the knowledge representation, knowledgemodel, the knowledge search matching mode are studied according to the knowledgegrid, then the response mechanism of the knowledge grid environment process isestablished. In this paper, System is developed by using a kind of dynamic webdevelopment the technique called Dreamweaver, JSP, XML and B/S three-tierarchitecture model, SQL Server database and the MATLAB Web Server used is as thebackground support. The system uses Matlab and JSP mix-programming and databasetechnology to solve mathematical models from the knowledge sharing alliance. Usersinput data on the browser and the data soon are submitted to the Matlab server, bysimulating and calculating, the results are displayed on the browser.Combining with specific instances of iron and steel production process scheduling,the iron and steel enterprises production planning and scheduling is effectivelyimplement, the knowledge discovery and sharing problem in the iron and steelproduction process can be better solved, the knowledge combination explosionphenomenon formed in the scheduling is reduced, and we could achieve the integrationof enterprise management, reduce the overall cost of production.
