Iron and steel production process is a hybrid production processes,and its production process "out of sync" cohesion,leading to the production plan and production scheduling is out of control,such as problem is difficult to solve for the enterprise production management.Through the study of knowledge network system based on the iron and steel production hybrid process,trying to use systematic and modular design,achieve the goal of the whole production process of knowledge-based and intelligent,integrated management.In view of the iron and steel production process characteristics of both continuous and discrete and the present situation and development trend of iron and steel enterprise of the integrated production management and systems,analyzed the mode of production of the hybrid process enterprise,then built the integrated control model of iron and steel production process and the model of knowledge network system.Combining the theory of knowledge engineering and artificial intelligence,studied knowledge base of iron and steel production process and the way of knowledge acquisition,built the sub-system of model base centering on knowledge representation for model and model selection and model integration to realize the intelligent management of model base.Proposed a method of actual problem with the model feature into metadata and based on meta-learning,putting forward the intelligent algorithm matching mechanism to solve the complex model.Explored the steelmaking-continuous casting-rolling of the data flow between each working procedure,and their relations,completed the backend database system design.Used the technique of network design and c # and Matlab mixed programming technology realized the prototype design of knowledge network system based on the B/S three layer architecture model.And the effectiveness of the system is verified through specific examples.
