In recent years, with the increasing of the fog haze, dust weather, pollution of fine particulate matter gradually be taken seriously. People hear the new word PM2.5more frequently. A large number of studies have shown that fine particulate has great harm to human body’s health. It could led to chronic nasopharyngitis, bronchitis and other chronic diseases. The control and governance of fine particulate pollution is the priority in our country. And fine particulate mainly comes from diesel exhaust, so we should pay more attention to the emissions of diesel. At present, the main use of exhaust gas filtering method is particle trap. This paper summarizes the existing PM2.5filtering technology and filter material of diesel particulate trap. In this paper, we use Micron wood fiber filling with active micro wood powder as filter material of environmentally friendly wood-based ecological-level anion PM2.5filter.Based on market research and theoretical analysis, this paper selected wood fiber as one of the best filter material. The main reason is that, materials is common and inexpensive, simple processing, optimal filtration efficiency, also filter cartridge is recyclable after use to avoid secondary pollution and waste. It shows that, choose wood fiber material as the filter cartridge is superior to other materials not only from a cost, but also because wood is a renewable resource to eliminate the pollution basically in environmental aspects.From the fine particulate two-phase fluid dynamics, analyze the force of fine particles and the flow during diesel exhaust emissions and movement characteristics. Establish the particle trajectory model to calculate the velocity of fine particulate two-phase flow which to make theoretical basis for study mechanism of filters and filtration efficiency.Establish structural model of timber, and analyze the structural characteristics of wood fiber. Through analysis of performance parameters of wood base anion PM2.5ecological filter and filtration theory of wood fiber, we deduces simplified case Single wood fiber in the flow field of interception effect, inertia collision effect and diffusion effect of filtering mechanism. Through merge and correct these different kinds of filtering mechanism, deduced mathematical formula of filter resistance and filters filter efficiency.Through a reasonable choice of filter shape parameters, design the filter to meet the overall performance. Using the theoretical method to calculated and derived relations between wood fiber diameter filter cartridge, thickness and fill rate of filter and filtration efficiency. Build a three-dimensional model of the filter to obtain simulation results.Finally, according to the wood fiber filters and other raw materials we chose to produce wood-based ecological-level anion PM2.5filter. Processed test sample filter by molding processes and verified the filtration efficiency filter through experiment. Research on this paper could solve the filtration problem of fine particles exhausted by diesel. It provides ideas and theoretical basis for design diesel PM2.5filter.
