A sound and reliable ventilation system is an important guarantee for the safe production of coal mines.Therefore,the prediction and analysis of the ventilation system must be carried out before the expansion of the coal mine to ensure reliable and stable operation of the mine ventilation system and achieve safe production of coal mines.Through the field measurement of mine ventilation parameters,the ventilation system simulation model was established,and the ventilation system was simulated and analyzed by ventilation simulation software.Through the comparison and analysis of the scheme,specific transformation measures were proposed to achieve a good ventilation system for coal mine safety production.According to the analysis of the expansion in the southern area of the Pangpangta coal mine,the optimization plan for the ventilation system was proposed.Firstly,based on the parameter test of the ventilation system of Pang Panta coal mine,the existing management of ventilation information system(MVIS)was established and analyzed;then according to the future production plan of Pangpangta coal mine,The ventilation management information system after the expansion and transformation was established,and the corresponding transformation plan was obtained through comparative analysis of possible optimization and transformation plans.The simulation results showed that the above scheme was not feasible regardless of replacement of the Jijiazhuang return air blower or the sacrifice of production could not meet the production requirements of the southern area.Through the demonstration and analysis of the plan for the development of the Zaolin shaft in the southern area,it was feasible to open up the plan for the development of the Zaolin shaft and demonstrated the necessity of opening up the Zaolin shaft.After the expansion and transformation,the mine ventilation system was more complicated due to the production in the southern area.In this paper,the mine ventilation system which had been expanded was simplified by the equivalent wind resistance theory.On this basis,the mine ventilation equivalent network was established as the “double H” ventilation network.By adjusting the return air volume of the three areas,the variation rule of the equivalent wind resistance of the whole mine was analyzed,which provides guidance for energy saving and consumption reduction.In addition,under the condition that the return air volume of each area did not change,the variation rule of the air volume of the diagonal path was obtained by changing the equivalent wind resistance value of the inlet air path of each area.The paper has 36 pictures,29 tables,and 62 references.
